How I work

My approach is real, relatable and straightforward. I will listen, ask questions and sometimes gently challenge you to see things from a new angle.

I am an Integrative Therapist / Counsellor, which means I am trained in many theoretical approaches and can tailor your therapy to the style which best suits you and your needs.

In our sessions, we will explore your past, present and future to help you gain insight and move toward a more balanced and rewarding life:

  • Present - What's happening right now? What has brought you to therapy?

  • Past - How have your past experiences or relationships shaped where you are today?

  • Future - Where would you like to be? Using insight and practical tools, we will look at realistic ways to make meaningful and lasting change.

I will help you make sense of what is happening, identify patterns that might be holding you back and find practical ways to move forward. My aim is to help you build clarity, confidence and resilience - so you can make changes that genuinely improve your life.

Alongside integrative counselling, I also offer EMDR Therapy for trauma and PTSD - please see EMDR tab for more information,
